Case Study · Brandon Honda
24 Months Above the Pre-Launch Baseline
Brandon Honda switched to intice360° on November 1, 2023. In the first month — same ad budget, fewer clicks — lead conversion events rose 58.6%. Here is the full month-by-month record through October 2025, including what changed along the way.
Lead Conversion Events
The Headline Numbers
A lead conversion event is any tracked shopper action on the site — an unlocked price, a digital retailing deal, a trade offer, a test-drive request, a credit pre-qualification. October 2023, the prior platform's final full month, is the baseline.

What This Does and Doesn't Show
The cleanest comparison is the first month
In November 2023 the Search budget was essentially unchanged (+0.4%), and clicks were 5% lower than October. Lead conversion events still rose 58.6%, and the Search click-to-lead rate went from 3.35% to 5.62%. After that, Search budget and clicks grew, so later months reflect both the website and more traffic — which is why the table shows budget and clicks next to the results.
Like for like, the original five conversion types
Two conversion types were added after launch (Bonus Voucher in July 2024, Facebook Direct Leads in September 2025). They are real shopper actions, but they were not in the baseline. Counting only the five original types, every one of the 24 months still beat the baseline: +45% to +77% in the first twelve months, averaging +57%. The lift has narrowed since, to +9% to +41% across the five most recent months.
Not every conversion type went up
Schedule Test Drive (Visa) requests fell from 125 in the baseline month to 69 in October 2025, while pre-qualification requests grew from 92 to 192.
Sales volume
This case study measures lead conversion on the website. Monthly sales stayed in a similar range over the period (about 538 per month on average since launch versus 504 in the baseline month), so we are not claiming a sales increase.
