How To: Run an Invoice Report
Review billing history for monthly service fees, Visa card costs, and any media spend, and pay directly from the invoice.
What's in the Invoice Report
Every invoice generated by the dealer portal lives here — monthly service fees, Visa reward card costs, and any media spend for search, display, social, or video.
Finding It
Go to Reports → Invoice Report (the third report listed). It defaults to showing unpaid invoices, but you can change the status filter to see all invoices within a chosen date range.
Reviewing an Invoice
- Select an invoice and click View to see its history — when it was generated, emailed, and marked paid.
- Click the invoice number to open the invoice itself in a new tab, where it can be printed or saved as a PDF.
- Every invoice includes a link to a credit card payment form — useful for a one-time payment, setting up recurring billing for monthly service fees, or enrolling in auto-charge for balance recharges.
